apologies for the long, n to some, inexcusable absence. yes my exams r over n i should be devoting time on a regular basis to my little blog. but i have been rather down of late so this absence was a philanthropic attempt to prevent the dispersion of my cloud over the general populace. i have not been my sunny self, so blogging would have made u all depressed! anyways, i shall now blog happily n spread pink n yellow joy to the world:D.
as u may have noticed, my word today is, to say the very least, weird. well u see until now i had been using an absolutely ridiculous dictionary. n wen i say ridiculous, i mean ridiculous in that it hardly had any words i didnt know! (n no tht doesnt mean ive a dictionary of any sort in me noodle-far from it) so wen me bro hops along for a (mod: once in a lifetime) visit n sees me wretched excuse of a dictionary he just could not deal with the shock. guess its the effect of studying at a uni which requires u to become a human book...anyways, so there n then he landed me with an oxford reference dictionary which weighs, roughly, twice my weight, an oxford thesaurus n a fowlers modern english usage. n to top it off, he installed a dictionary on my pc. i duno if i appreciate tht one as much seeing as i now cant click on anything twice without the blummin program attempting to define it...anyways, so from now on my dears u shall all be befuddled with wierd and wonderful words (mod:which mean simple things anyway - whyd they bother to come up with silly complicated versions?!).
so to update: firstly, im currently undergoing a cheese obsession. i have been sitting around feeding off hunks of cheese with utmost glee...n wondering will i get fat or sick? well dear rosie has somewhat different theories on the effects of excessive cheese consumption, but im sure she'll agree tht if they be true, cant hurt me;). o n on the topic of onions (above) - i dont like big chunky mushy yuky bit of onion in curry...so had to add me 2-pence worth on that:D. i mean really, chopping onions finely is the only way forward methinks. secondly, me n mrs C did hv our little london trip! well we went seperately n met up. funfun, met with sum dear chums (peri n another luvvy) n ate out. tho annoying that despite the yummy food, loss of appetite prevented me from enjoying it properly:P. anyway, shall post a pic once i can make meself. gosh everytime one goes to london, the appreciation of the peace which is manchester grows...no offence peri;). lol, tho yes defo luv london n defo applying to uni there. extra noise n speed can be invigorating:D.
o did we all witness la thunderstorm on sunday?! aah was feeling quite at home in a patriotic bingolian way. i mean it was humid n then the clouds gathered n let loose! just like bingoland! *siigh* yes i thrive on cheap thrills. tho no attempting to deny tht u all got a bit of a kick out of it, if u please. i mean wen do we get thunderstorms?! all we get is depressed weather...clouds crying over their lot in life on a regular basis. so funfun! did u manage to witness la thunderstorm zooey or was it b4 u got back? actually must welcome u home my dear. lovely to have u back with us, we thought ud quite firgotten about us! (as if we'd allow that, we tend to make rather haunting friends) which reminds me, must give a welcome (as promised) to me aussie buddy 'the sensible maniac'. welcome me dear to my blog of pointless blahfying. may u derive much amusement from reading my miles of mindless chatter:).
o another update, ppl i called TNS (rosie's Torturous Nuero Sizzler) n they wont have me till 1st week of july. aah well. still, iA i will work there n iA i will fund my revolution! so how many comrades to the cause so far?! ppl wake up n join! we must branch out n make use of our time! fudge, bse, bikey-all u out there, where is the revolutionary spirit i ask?! ARISE my friends ARISE and declare ur allegiance to the cause!!!
o btw, rosie, wat on earth hv u done to ur blog? ur supposed to carry out s-l-o-w changes for slow n technologically backward people such as meself (if that made any sense). i now hv no idea how to do anything on ur site. o n sorry dear i shall be plodding along to ur world soon. just gota tell me wen ur bro is around so i know wen not to land meself on thy doorstep.
gosh that has to be the most random blog yet...my my dazey aint dazey for nothing... take care me pumpkins. i shall see u soon iA.

it's not so wierd a name cos it mean's 'light of hand' kind of like fleet of foot cept with hands. Is Zoo back? in Manchester?? I didn't know!
This will probably confirm me as incredibly sad, but I had a look in the Cambridge Online Dictionary, and the word legerdemain doesn't exist in English according to that dictionary.
However, I have heard it used on a number of occasions (confirming that the Cambridge versh is but a poor copy), so know it's a real word but have never heard it in reference to juggling things. I was under the impression that it was an account of some sort...
However it's possible that I may be entirely wrong.
It just doesn't look right...

yes it was quite a lot of trouble finding this blog, i must admit. You can't get to it right away, its all very strange...

yep fudge (ill overlook the sadness of both u and n;)) but the camb dictionary must be behind in comparison to the ol' oxford reference (and here me bro wud add that oxford was established first anyways).o dear am now expecting a fight bak from bikey. btw i do agree nonetheless tht the word just sounds wrong sumhow.
