Dazey's World

hello ppl:)

aa wr wb deary fairies!

yes after a record long absence dazey is bak in the blogging world! tho is she here for good this time? or are we all to witness yet another disappearing act from the flitting floating dazey?

so how has all my (understandably annoyed) pumpkins kept? as previously mentioned, dazeys even more dazey brother decided that he'd like to here the melodious peals of his own wedding bells far sooner than anyone was ready to either hear nor prepare for. so dazey has been compelled to rush to and fro in a mad frenzy (not that i mind ofcourse;) thoroughly enjoying meself i am).

so to update on the wedding prep. firstly i shud point out that this wedding falls nothing short of a charlie chaplin improvisation movie. its frankly Ridiculous. heres a few snippets of wedding conv over the past few months so u can get an idea:
'lets have a wedding!'
'no theres no wedding!'
'the nikahs in july!'
'no the engagements in july!'
'no theres no wedding til next year!'
'the weddings in sept!'
'we'll do a joint wedding and walima!'
'no we'll do a seperate wedding n walima!'
'walimas on 21st sept!'
'no walimas on the 18th!'
'we havent got cards!'
all in all it can be summed up in one simple word: 'AAAAARRRGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH!!!!'

but loving it all the same;).

anyways, so prep wise, this is where we r:
Wedding - YES were having one iA:D
Date - the wedding iA will be on the 17th and the walima on the 18th. this is to accomodate my dad who can only come after the 14th and can only stay a week, and to accomodate the bride's exams and my 3rd bros flight on the 19th aswell as tht of the brides dad n bro on the same day. ALH thts sorted.
Venue - wedding will iA be in the LMC (twas a given:D) and walima in eatern pearl (best place to be found at short notice:P but its all good, the womens section is quite pretty really)
Card - we have a booootiful card as designed by the genius ruhul alam of visual dhikr ( www.visualdhikr.com ). plenty of compliments all the way alh, tis preeety. iA shall be posting a pic soon.
Mendhi - girls one in london, womens only. iA hoping to go once rosie has filled me in on her plans! guys one in manchester iA. men only, cept the dudettes of blood (tht sounds bit ew na?).

and besides tht theres other dilemmas of sorting waitresses, giving out a gazillion cards and decorating the house(:S:S). never touched a paintbrush wider thn 1cm, n now im up practically every nite attempting to do sumthing i hv no clue about. sall good, no;)? mrs c n bikey said theyd com round today to offer assitance iA. but o dear we're out of paint. so must get some.
