p's a plenty!
aa my dearest Pumpkin Pastries:)yes the past few days have been buzzing and busy with parties and weddings. some are beginning to feel that the novelty of dressing up weareth thin in light of the 'summer of a thousand weddings' phenomenon we are all witnessing. 'sall good tho no? o and along with all that theres pottermania gripping la nation once more as the next book is released! aah ok dazey shall do this in a more organised manner...lets do things chronologically:
POWDER & PATCH PARTAY:D
well the long awaited azmi hen night finally took place last friday, n needless to say, twas a BLAST. the theme being pink n black, n the shops deciding to not stock anything that complied with said theme (im telling u they KNEW we had a pink n black party coming), we had to use our imagination, finally going for all black with pink accessories. la effect was not bad. o tho i shud point out, the only clothes which worked for pink n black were affordable only by our rather rich bride, so naturally she was well attired for the occasion. there were also funky pink glow sticks around our nesk and wrists that looked pretty cool. anyways, only pics appropriate to put up are those of the venue and stuff so enjoy:) :

SHAISTA'S WEDDING
the next day after the p&p partay we all had an invite to shaista's (one of our luvley ym sister friends) wedding. my goodness THAT was a bride. who on earth came up with the idea of overloading brides with gold?! terrible. shaista, bless her, was wearing a luvley lehenga of cream n gold with a nice gold set of necklace, earings, tikli n nose hoop with matching cream pearls. the effect was simple but elegant, n totally stunning. her hubby defo looked like the cat which got the cream. cheshire cat grins all around:D.

YES dazey has got herself a copy of half blood prince! and yes dazey has also read it. general comment on the book: it left me numb. really ppl READ it. and no HP is defo NOT a childrens book anymore. too dark damgerous and scary along with a pinch of dodgy. so yes i shant be encouraging my sis to read it. tho doubt she would anyways...ppl i gota get the kiddo more into reading! she shud be a bookworm reading enid blytons and wat nots now, but all she likes is garfield comics! siiigh. anyways, back to potty, the book was defo good, and now shes got me waiting for her next (n final:p) book. Lord knows how long she'll take to produce that one.
anyways chucks, the hour is late so must sleep. be good and be pink! tc, ws.

Wow, you lot really went all out with the pink and black theme. *sigh*- I wish I could have been there... unfortunately, down here, Uni's starting again *groan*. What say you- I shall just quit Uni, become a bum, and attend the wedding? No??

mmmmmm, pumpkin pastries sound yum-some. Still resisting HP5 altho the other side of the bargain (i.e. revising instead) isnt being met. Hmm, maybe I should just read it - whaddaya think?
