reunion at pink's
so after an age (or several ages) the mateys got together for a good ol' at pink's mancunian residence. on the guest list: moi, bikey, bse, sleepy, fudge, md, zoo, sundyA, giddy A & ofcourse pink. siiigh, one just enjoys the random (and often outrageously blonde, depending upon the speaker) comments that come out on these occasions. to quote:FUDGE: 'easter sunday is the holiest christian day. it was the day christ was risen. i mean, he was risen! someone ris'd him!'

BIKEY (upon encountering the convent in the sound of music): 'isnt it so nice?!...i like nuns. i like men nuns too...'
here i should give our dictionary game a mention (an indispensible part of a get together), as the ultimate source of ridiculousness. the rules are quite simple: a quiz master (often accompanied by an enourmous pointed hat) picks words at random from a dictionary and reads out its first letter and definition, while those around must guess the word. without a doubt, the tension is brilliant with random outbursts of random words to match :D:D. for example:
SLEEPY: whats 'F' for the wool of sheep?
PINK: FLOOL!!!!

SLEEPY: whats 'F' for a muslim or jewish priest?
DAZEY: 'FRIAR!!!'

SLEEPY: what M is a word for someone who hoards money and lives wretchedly?
MD (honourary black somali rep ;)): NIGGER!!!

yep, sometimes the jokes just make themselves! we also watched the sound of music, aka canonical work of musical brilliance, and sang along (subtitles were up) :D:D:D. so FUN!
junk food a-plenty, all those nearest and dearest, and an entertaining movie, along with more than entertaining chit-chat. i do like these reunions! yes i do!!!

no no noooooo! that is soo Not what happened - sheesh dazey i do Not recommend you sitting exams on a few hours sleep if That is the result. i said, on hearing the monks singing, 'oooh, men-nuns (nuns being the favourite topic of the day), I like men-nuns, sigh', as in, i like their singing and all-round coolness, not i Like then, if you see what i mean, cos, you know, being men-nuns and all, soo doesn't make sense.
